How do I reserve a home?
Pay £200 per person to reserve — it secures your place and comes off your first month’s rent. Non-refundable.
What’s included in my rent?
Everything. Gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi — no hidden costs or surprise bills.
Are the homes fully furnished?
Yes. Beds, sofas, desks, kitchen appliances — all ready for move-in day.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We’re trialling a no-deposit scheme. Just pay your £200 holding retainer, which comes off your first rent. You’ll need a UK guarantor and to look after your home.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the academic year. Dates vary slightly by property.
Can I end my tenancy early?
You’re committed for the full term unless you find someone to replace you.
Can I book with friends?
Of course. All homes are joint tenancies — perfect for groups.
What does “joint and several” mean?
It means you’re all equally responsible for rent and the property.
Are pets allowed?
No — sorry, no pets in student properties.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes — washer, dryer, or combo in every home.
Is there bike storage?
Usually. Check the property details to be sure.
What’s the EPC rating?
All homes are EPC C or better — efficient and cost-friendly.
What’s the Wi-Fi like?
You get a monthly allowance to pick your own provider and speed.
Is there parking?
Some homes have on- or off-street parking. Check each listing.
How do I report maintenance?
Through our website. Our maintenance team sorts things quickly.
What if a housemate leaves?
You’re all still responsible for rent, but we’ll help find a replacement.
What’s a guarantor?
Someone who guarantees your rent — standard for student lets.
What if I don’t have a guarantor?
You can pay the full year’s rent upfront.
